Our Family Support Coordinator brings care, compassion and support to help families navigate their own unique journey .

Whether you need someone to talk to, have a question, or require further support. We are here to help.

After applying for a Care Pack and / or Financial Assistance via our website, Lou will contact you. - You are not alone. 
 
This role is part of our Patient Support program and has been made possible thanks to the generosity of our supporters and donors.

Lou is available Mondays and Tuesdays 9am - 4:30pm ACST
